Ordering Information

We provide secure ordering which encrypts your credit card information for your safety. We also feature PayPal via the secure server. If you prefer, email your order or just your telephone number and we will call you back at a time you specify to get your credit card information. Telephone orders are also welcome (don't be surprised when the phone is answered, "hello", as we are a home based business). Credit card orders will be shipped when we get bank authorization, usually the same day. We also accept money orders or certified checks; personal checks will have to be held until they clear. We make every effort to provide prompt service. We use insured shipping. Shipping/handling is $7.50 for any order on one day (contact us in the event of an unusually large order).

If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please provide both when you purchase your item to make sure your item is delivered without problem.

We NEVER “cookie” or use any invasive software. We respect your privacy.

Overnight Delivery

Federal Express delivery (standard FedEx next day service), available on Sunday through Thursday orders received by noon for delivery the next day (USA), is $17.50. Call for other options such as Saturday or morning delivery.

International Orders

Please contact us if you live outside the US and would like to place an order.

Gift Wrapping

Wrapping is available for an additional $3.00. Some theme wrapping papers are in stock. Special accomodations/wrappings will be made on request for an additional $5.00.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please return item in new condition, in original box and include packing slip. Please insure your return shipment. Health regulations prohibit the return of earrings for pierced ears. We will be glad to issue store credit or refund the purchase price minus shipping charges.
